Hailie Deegan
Hailie Deegan joins INDY NXT by Firestone for her debut year with HMD Motorsports in her first-ever experience in open-wheel racing. The daughter of motocross legend Brian Deegan, she joins with an extensive racing background. She has raced in the Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series (LOORRS), NASCAR K&N Pro Series West, ARCA Menards Series, NASCAR Truck Series and the NASCAR Xfinity Series. While competing in the NASCAR K&N Pro Series (2018-2019), she became the first female driver to win a race in series history with three wins and 10 top-five finishes. In 2020, Deegan transitioned to the NASCAR Truck Series where she earned five top-10 finishes before joining the NASCAR Xfinity Series in 2024 and competing in a partial season.
